ultimate plan is contained in my Mission
Statement
My mission represents an individual and
collective promise to the people of Bonner
County. I will know that I have achieved my
mission when the following conditions are
consistently met:
–When
Officer/Public Safety is the primary
consideration of everyone – all the time, every
time
–When the
Sheriff’s Office has adequate, sustainable,
dedicated funding
–When the
Sheriff’s Office has 90% satisfaction among
constituents with both the quality and quantity
of services
provided, and
–When the
Sheriff’s Office has 90% satisfaction among
employees with job-related conditions
Mission Statement
The mission of the Bonner County Sheriff’s
Office should be to consistently contribute to
Bonner County’s reputation as a safe place to
live, work, learn, play and visit.
The Sheriff’s Office will accomplish their
mission through providing the highest quality
law enforcement, investigations, support, and
public safety education services possible within
the resources provided to them.
The Sheriff’s Office will be dedicated to being
recognized as professional, compassionate,
responsive, knowledgeable, and as adding value
to the lives of their constituents in return for
the precious tax dollars with which they are
entrusted. |
